This 1990 student film captures a woman reading the first half of the children’s book, Mother Rabbit’s Son Tom by Dick Gackenbach. In the footage, the woman walks towards the camera as the setting continuously changes. She also repeats lines from the book each time the camera cuts and her location shifts. Shot in Corpus Christi, Mike Moutran made the film while studying at Corpus Christi State University, now known as Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
