Since 2010, the Texas Archive of the Moving Image has partnered with the Cine Las Americas International Film Festival to present a Jury Award to the Best “Hecho en Tejas” film. “Hecho en Tejas” is a series of films and videos filmed and/or produced in Texas, showcasing the wide variety of work being produced in the state by filmmakers with varied backgrounds.
