Texas' third most populated city, with 1,241,162 citizens, was originally meant to be a trading post. However, it was decided the area would become a permanent settlement and founded in 1841. Historians are not entirely sure who Dallas is named after, with six men in contention for that honor.
These films feature various Texas companies, business establishments, country musicians, film premieres, as well as a darker moment in American History: the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
