Now Showing - TAMI Films at the Cuero Turkey Trot

The Cuero Turkey Trot is celebrating its 100th Anniversary with the Sultan's Stroll, an evening of events featuring vintage films of the Cuero Turkey Trot from the Texas Archive of the Moving Image on Friday, October 5th beginnning at 7 p.m.  During the Sultan's Stroll, downtown Cuero will be transformed into an outdoor open air museum with store front showcases.  Films from the Texas Archive of the Moving Image of past Turkey Trots, dating back to the 1st in 1912, will be projected onto Cuero's historic downtown buidlings.  The films were digitized as a part of the Texas Film Round-Up program: www.texasfilmroundup.org.
