This 1965 home movie showcases many of the unique and now shuttered attractions and experiences found at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, including shots of the Matterhorn Bobsled and its skytram, the Disney Monorail, Autopia, Rocket to the Moon, the Submarine Voyage and its short lived mermaids, Dopey of the Seven Dwarves, Cinderella’s Castle, Adventureland, the Enchanted Tiki Room and Jungle Cruise, the Mark Twain River Boat and the Chicken of the Sea, as well as shots of horsedrawn trolleys and steamcars riding down Main Street. Rarest among these experiences, many of which no longer exist, are the Submarine Voyage mermaids, who were only featured as part of the park from 1965 to 1967.
