This home video segment captures a tour of the historic Burton Farmers Gin. A older man, who worked at the gin in his youth, gives a guided tour of the building that houses the large machinery. He talks about the cotton-making process, what his day was like as a worker there, and the history of the gin itself. The Built in 1914, the Burton Farmers Gin is the oldest surviving example an integrated processing system. The gin is now the main attraction at the Texas Cotton Gin Museum in Burton.
