This home movie captures four Odessa High School football games from the 1950s. In the first, Odessa plays Houston's Lamar High School in the 4A State Championship game at Rice Stadium on December 19, 1953. The next two come from Odessa's 1954 season, with games against Pampa High School and Midland High School. The latter is Odessa's homecoming game, with the crowning of the homecoming queen taking place during halftime. While Odessa loses to Pampa in 1954, the Bronchos shut out the Harvesters the following season, as shown in the film's final game.
