This footage, taped by Director Jim Ruddy for “Entertainment Tonight”, captures scenes of the Chicks (then known as the Dixie Chicks) in their original lineup at the Majestic Theatre in Dallas, Texas on May 1, 1992, for the release party of their album, Little Ol’ Cowgirl. In this clip, upright bass player and lead singer Laura Lynch talks to Ruddy about the the band’s dynamic, the fans, female harmony, and naming the band.
