This 1950s home movie captures scenes of the Jelinek family, focusing primarily on their infant daughter. The footage first shows her learning to walk. Later, she plays in an inflatable pool and spends time with family at Eagle Point Marina (now Eagle Point Fishing Camp) in San Leon, Texas, near Galveston. The film ends with the Jelinek family seeing off their grandmother at the Houston airport.

The films of the Ray Jelinek Collection were rescued from a flooded trailer in Galveston after Hurricane Ike. They were donated by Jan Valentine and are permanently housed in the archives at the Alfred R. Neumann Library, University of Houston - Clear Lake.
